1933 GOUDEY BABE RUTH CARD #149. My name is Bob and I have been a long time collector of many sports related memorabilia and autographs. I have been collecting since the early 1970's. I hope you enjoy my auctions. This card is in poor condition.

I can not say if the card is authentic or a reprint. Please view the photos of the card for a better evaluation. The card does have some creases and rounded corners. The cardboard that it is printed on feels heavier than modern cards and feels almost like a waxy finish on the card.

What I can tell you is that I found it recently in a shoebox that contained a bunch of my fathers cards and clippings from newspapers. I can also tell you that my father passed away in 1975. I was only 7 years old then, and I was not into sports yet.

I recently found it when I was clearing out my grandfathers house after his passing. Everything in the box was related to my father, so I assume that this card was his. This card will be placed in a poly sleeve and then placed in a top loader to protect the card. I believe in honest feedback. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact me.
