For sale is a version 2/B 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle Rookie Card. Please judge pictures for yourself, for condition and authenticity questions. Please message me if you have any questions. But I have brought this card to several card shows and stores and have been given this response.

2 out of the 3 collectors I spoke to, gave me this list below, for things to look for. The 3rd said, cant say for 100% certainty its real. Because it's missing the white pixel on the top left of the card. He also said, the white pixel is NOT on every type 2 Mantle authentic so there is a 50/50 chance.

I didnt accept the offers because of the information they gave me below. This is some information, 2 out the 3 collectors provided me: 1 The black border on the top right, doesnt end perfectly and leaves a tip to the right.

2 The top right of the border on the nameplate is not as sharp. 3 The e in Mantles signature ends sharply. 4 The border around the Yankees logo, on the type 2/B is not as prominent and bold. 5 On the back of the card the T in throws right lines up perfectly with the "S" on the line below in DiMaggios.

6 Though faded the stitching, on the baseball under the Yankees logo are pointing in the right direction. 8 The fading and cracking of the card shows it is an old card with normal wear.

9 The bold colors, solid brown paper stock with bold black writing and red printing on back of card. UPDATE WITH LIGHT: I was asked to get a light to shine it on the back of the card. I don't know if I got the right bulb or not.
