Images of the card in the penny sleeve and top loader/semi-rigid, with the shrink wrap intact. Images of any damage up close, with the shrink wrap intact.
Item(s) are lost or damaged. The packaging was damaged, but you accepted the package anyways. A disagreement with a graded of a card, or you disagree with the authentication of an item, that was authenticated by a credible third party. Examples are, PSA, BGS, and so on. We document the order packing process for both of our protection and on higher priced orders, Signature is Mandatory, or the item will not be delivered. Card Packaging Documentation: We video tape the packing process for all card sales. In this case, the shipper will return the package to us, we will open and inspect it and if everything is fine, we can repack it and send it right back out. We know you expect the card(s) to arrive safe a sound, but that doesn't always happen. Not a problem, we will fix it or make it right.
So remember, if something looks off, refuse it.
