This item is very rare. I received this as a gift in 1988. I have never opened the sealed wrapper that is pictured in the photos. It has been stored in the ball cube pictured and has never been displayed. You can clearly see the picture of Mattingly and the Restaurant Logo (Mattingly's 23) along with the facsimile signature under Mattingly's head-shot.

Mattingly''s 23 Restaurant was closed in 1992. It was located in Evansville Indiana, his hometown.
